‘Clusters’ is a generic name for a range of agglomerated inclusions, mainly incorporated into breakfast cereals to compliment texture and enhance appearance. They are designed to remain crunchy after being covered in milk. Many are formulated to provide a distinct flavour.
Clusters are produced by agglomerating various ingredients together to form small bit-sized pieces. Some are further enrobed in coatings such as chocolate or yoghurt.
We manufacture’s clusters in our new, purpose-built manufacturing facility.
Our processing facilities are certified to BRC (Grade A) accreditation.
